I have four years teaching experience, three years tutoring experience, and a Master's degree in teaching from Otterbein University. I have taught students in grades 4-8. Currently, I teach in Whitehall City Schools. I have taught students with ADHD and Dyslexia and created specific assignments to be kinesthetic, engaging and meaningful. I enjoy being a tutor because it is extremely rewarding to help a student make connections and grow in a one on one environment. It allows for more personalized instruction and the chance to connect it specifically to the students interests.

My motto is life is growth. I am constantly trying to learn new things both personally and professionally as an educator. Making things interesting is what it is all about. I believe if the student is having fun and learning I am having fun.
